Jindal Foundation Launches 4th Edition of Yashasvi Scheme – News12 Odisha

Bhubaneswar : The Jindal Foundation has launched the fourth edition of its flagship programme *Yashasvi*, aimed at supporting over 5,000 underprivileged women and girls from Odisha, Jharkhand, and Chhattisgarh. The initiative provides financial assistance to women aged 16–30 from families earning below Rs 2 lakh annually.
The aid will cover academic or skill development fees, helping beneficiaries pursue education or training without financial barriers. Selection will be based on merit, economic background, and admission proof. Applications must be submitted by August 16, 2025.
Over the past three years, Yashasvi has benefitted more than 11,000 women, with around 8,000 of them now employed or self-reliant. Chairperson Shallu Jindal highlighted the initiative’s role in transforming lives by promoting women’s empowerment and financial independence.
